Our team is currently working to generate a project website where it will be possible to visualize the data from the study. This will include the ability to replicate all univariate and bivariate analyses included in this paper, with the ability to manipulate key analysis assumptions. Due to the small size of the study population, the small and geographically focused pool from which the respondents were drawn, and the sensitive nature of the data, release of the full data set would constitute an unreasonable risk of deductive disclosure and breach of confidentiality.
