All variants used as instruments and their genetic association estimates were selected from publicly available data sources, and are provided in Supplementary Tables 2-6. The results from the analyses performed in this work are presented in the main manuscript or its supplementary files. This paper has been reported based on recommendations by the STROBE-MR Guidelines (Supplementary Research Checklist).41 The study protocol and details were not pre-registered.
