The parameters to setup the simulations are provided in the current article and [11]. The simulation output for all different strategies, scenarios and Monte Carlo runs presented here make up more than 100 GB in over 1.9 million items and cannot be shared easily. Particular results can be shared upon request. Intra- and intercounty contact and raw, non-normalized mobility data for initialization are provided in text files.
