AB Even though various neurological presentations of COVID-19 have surfaced up, ataxia as a presenting feature has rarely been reported so far. We hereby describe a confirmed case of SARS-CoV-2 infection which not only presented with ataxia but also had delayed onset of typical respiratory features.
