The benefit of a booster was more evident in the elderly and those with comorbidities. These results support the case for COVID-19 boosters.Competing Interest StatementThe authors have declared no competing interest.Funding StatementThis study was funded, in part, by the Minnesota Department of Health.Author DeclarationsI confirm all relevant ethical guidelines have been followed, and any necessary IRB and/or ethics committee approvals have been obtained.YesThe details of the IRB/oversight body that provided approval or exemption for the research described are given below:The Institutional Review Board (IRB) of Mayo Clinic and Westat gave ethical approval for this work.
