Method We regressed effective reproduction number R(t) on temperature, humidity, mobility, and countermeasures such as two Emergency status declarations or GTTC.Results Estimation results indicate that the second Emergency status declaration was significantly reduced infectiousness as well as the first one or GTTC controlling out climate condition and mobility. Temperature was significant negative, though it was not significant if we added humidity as explanatory variable.Discussion and Conclusion We conclude that the 2nd Emergency status significantly reduced infectiousness.Competing Interest StatementThe authors have declared no competing interest.Funding StatementThe author(s) received no specific funding for this work.Author DeclarationsI confirm all relevant ethical guidelines have been followed, and any necessary IRB and/or ethics committee approvals have been obtained.YesThe details of the IRB/oversight body that provided approval or exemption for the research described are given below:All information used for this study has been published.
