Between June and July 2020, antibody testing kits were sent to n=2296 participants; n=2004 (86.3%) responded, of whom n=1882 (93.9%) returned valid test results. Of those that returned valid results, n=124 (6.6%) tested positive for SARS-CoV-2 antibodies, with initial comparisons showing variation by age group and clinical exposure.Competing Interest StatementThe authors have declared no competing interest.Clinical TrialThis study does not require a clinical trial registrationFunding StatementThis study was funded by King's College London.Author DeclarationsI confirm all relevant ethical guidelines have been followed, and any necessary IRB and/or ethics committee approvals have been obtained.YesThe details of the IRB/oversight body that provided approval or exemption for the research described are given below:Ethical approval has been gained from Kings College London Psychiatry, Nursing and Midwifery Research Ethics Committee (HR-19/20-18247).
