Based on this data, we calculate that the specificity of the test is at least 99.6\% (with a 97.5\% one-sided lower confidence bound). Our analysis is based on a worst case approach in which all positives are assumed to be false positives. Therefore, the actual specificity is expected to exceed 99.6\%.Competing Interest StatementThe authors have declared no competing interest.Funding StatementNo external funding was received.Author DeclarationsI confirm all relevant ethical guidelines have been followed, and any necessary IRB and/or ethics committee approvals have been obtained.YesThe details of the IRB/oversight body that provided approval or exemption for the research described are given below:Not relevantAll necessary patient/participant consent has been obtained and the appropriate institutional forms have been archived.YesI understand that all clinical trials and any other prospective interventional studies must be registered with an ICMJE-approved registry, such as ClinicalTrials.gov.
