This is a review of published (preprint) research articles. All studies reviewed are available in either of the following databases: PubMed, Medrxiv, and PLOS. The lists of search strings can be found in Annex A- search strings. Additionally, all relevant data used in the review are in the manuscript and Annex B-supplementary tables.
