Data Availability
The cancer incidence data analysed during the current study are available from the National Cancer Registration and Analysis Service (part of Public Health England), on request through the Office for Data Release but restrictions apply to the availability of these data, which were used under license for the current study, and so are not publicly available. The population and smoking prevalence data are publicly available.
