Data on reported cases, deaths and vaccination used in this model are at the individual level and therefore confidential, with public data deposition non-permissible for socioeconomic reasons. The ethics of the use of these data for these purposes was agreed by the UK Health Security Agency with the Governments SPI-M(O) / SAGE committees.
