Data from Swedish registers and ALSPAC can be accessed after application to the respective research and ethics committees. GWAS summary data on IBD and autism are publicly available. GWAS summary data on autism excluding intellectual disabilities can be obtained after application to the iPSYCH Autism Spectrum Disorder working group.
